Comprehensive 3-Point Pre-Handover Plumbing Audit
Our comprehensive 3-Point Pre-Handover Plumbing Audit is designed to provide homeowners with peace of mind before taking possession of their new property.
This detailed inspection includes:
• CCTV Drain Inspection – Confirming drains are free from construction debris, concrete slurry, blockages, or damage, with recorded footage provided for review.
• Pressure Testing – Static pressure testing of plumbing lines to identify potential leaks concealed within walls, cabinetry, or other inaccessible areas.
• Flow & Drainage Testing – Simultaneous testing of taps, fixtures, and drainage systems, including hot water temperature checks to ensure compliance with AS/NZS 3500 Plumbing Standards and reduce scalding risks.
